Build a Better Business: Schedule C & Tax Essentials | San Jacinto College SBDC
Whether you're a small business owner managing day-to-day operations or a tax professional advising clients, maintaining accurate records throughout the year makes tax filing easier, supports allowable deductions, and helps ensure compliance with federal tax requirements.
This no cost, two-hour IRS workshop includes approximately 90 minutes of instruction followed by a 30-minute Q&A session, giving participants an opportunity to receive answers to their specific questions.

The session is designed for small business owners, self-employed individuals, tax professionals, accountants, bookkeepers, and payroll providers. It provides practical information participants can immediately apply to their businesses or clients.

- Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain. Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.
- No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the workshop.
