This hands-on workshop is designed to help small business owners build a strong marketing foundation by clearly defining who they are, who they serve, and how to communicate their value effectively. Participants will learn the fundamentals of how marketing works for small businesses, identify their ideal customer, and create messaging that connects with the right audience. Through guided exercises and practical discussion, attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of their brand identity and the confidence to communicate their business in a simple, authentic, and effective way. - No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the workshop.
