If you are a seasoned business owner or a younger entrepreneur interested in acquisition, join us for this presentation to learn how to prepare a business for sale. Topics will include valuation, timing, and exit options. You will also hear from the Small Business Administration (SBA) about their 7(a) loan program - commonly used for business acquisitions - as well as the SBDC and the many resources they offer to help owners prepare their businesses for sale.
